It is specially developed for manufacturers who want to increase their productivity with minimum requirements. It has a manual mold feeding system for filled or unfilled chocolates, pralines, bars and tablets. It provides the advantage of two different products and high-capacity production at the same time thanks to its compact design and “tandem” double mold advance mode. In order to obtain different products in the tandem line, optional units such as Hazelnut Unit, Granule Pouring Unit, Biscuit Unit can be added to the line with optional options. All functions of the line are easily controlled from the PLC panel having a user-friendly interface. All surfaces are designed with stainless steel and hygienic mate-rials, so the produced products meet the highest standards and it allows easy and practical cleaning. The body of the depositor has a hot water jacket and its temperature is controlled by the external water tank unit. The cooling tunnel has 20 layers. It has a total cooling capacity of 304 molds and the dwell time in the tunnel for each mould is 12.6 minutes.
