Warranty Terms

At Memet Makina, we trust in the quality and durability of all the machines we produce. The products we offer to our customers are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage:

• The warranty period starts from the date of product delivery.
• Faults covered under warranty will be repaired free of charge or, if necessary, the product will be replaced.
• Products not used according to the instructions in the user manual, or those subjected to unauthorized intervention, maintenance, or repair, will be excluded from the warranty coverage.
• User errors, natural disasters, incorrect installation, and damage occurring during transportation are not covered by the warranty.
